Clean venue with exceptionally nice location to the industrial zone nearby or to the waterpark that is also very close. Reasonably good personnel at reception desk. Lots of options for breakfast in the lounge area. Great choice for trip.

The family interconnecting room offered a perfect setting for our group, complete with easy access to Dubai Parks. Staff were consistently attentive, particularly Mahmoud in the restaurant and Chris at the pool. A variety of globally inspired dishes added to the vibrant atmosphere. The bathroom could have benefitted from clearer signage, and noise levels were sometimes excessive during peak hours.

The rooms are not cleaned every day, only the bed is made... Towels have been forgotten several times.

Really good family-friendly oasis with amazing staff

The staff were attentive, always greeting us with smiles. I particularly appreciated the detox water stations and the clean, spacious rooms. One minor downside was the limited food options for vegetarians.
