I thoroughly enjoyed the clean, spacious room and the caring attention from staff like Pren, who made our family feel at home, especially on my son’s birthday with a lovely greeting board.

The family interconnecting room offered a perfect setting for our group, complete with easy access to Dubai Parks. Staff were consistently friendly and attentive, particularly Mahmoud in the restaurant and Chris at the pool. A variety of globally inspired dishes added to the vibrant atmosphere. However, the bathroom could have benefitted from clearer signage, and noise levels were sometimes excessive during peak hours.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which truly caters to families with its engaging activities and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, always greeting us with smiles and making our stay feel extra special. I particularly appreciated the detox water stations and the clean, spacious rooms that made us feel at home. One minor downside was the limited food options for vegetarians.

The free shuttle service to JBR beach and IBN Battuta Mall is a major plus for quick getaways. The video game area adds a unique touch, making it a hit for families looking to unwind after a day of activities.

The breakfast buffet left something to be desired, particularly in its hot food options, which felt limited. Also, the air conditioning in the room felt overly strong at times, making it tricky to find that perfect comfort level. Having only one serving of certain hot dishes per person was a bit cumbersome, especially with families needing more flexibility.

rove was a delightful experience! the unobstructed surroundings provide a calm atmosphere, and the ample parking was a bonus. i loved the recreational area with activities for all ages, and the innovative vending machine had everything a guest could possibly need. special mention to Moe at the front desk, who made check-in smooth and welcoming.

Spent five nights with my kids and it was even better than expected! The kids loved the play area and the massive pool, it made them feel alive again, just like the old days of living free, you know? Oh, and the staff, especially that manager Amira, went all out to help me find a lost ring – truly above and beyond.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for, right?

Dubai was a culinary playground! We savored delights at nearby Big Fernand and Urban Seafood, both just a hop away. The in-room dining was fresh and packed with flavor! Can't forget the vibrant atmosphere and the incredible staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.
